Tribal Transportation Program (TTP)

Wyandotte Nation is submitting a Tribal Transportation Plan (TTP) to the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This is in accordance with the requirements of 25 CFR 170 in carrying out a planning process and in developing the Tribal Transportation Improvement Program (TTIP).

Wyandotte Nation has selected the following projects to fulfill the functions and duties of the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with the requirements of the 25 CFR 170.

Project 1-  Route 0160- Construction of a roadway and parking lot for rental housing south of Highway 60 and west of 640 Rd.

Project 2- Route 0125- Reconstruction of 645 Rd. Northern border of Wyandotte Nation OTSA.

Road Maintenance has been included in the TTP for various roads in inventory.

Project 1 will begin after the public comment period has expired on Aug. 20, 2020, and Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has approved the Tribal Transportation Plan (TTP) Plan.    If anyone needs more information on these projects, or to request a hearing,  you may contact: Debbie Dry 64700 E.
