The Wyandotte Nation’s Adult Protective Services and Victim Services, in conjunction with our Elder Services Department, will be hosting a series of events June 15-18 to raise awareness on elder abuse.

Elder Abuse Awareness Week events kick off Monday, June 15, at the Artie Nesvold Elders Center with Bingo. In addition, there will be a series of Brain Games on Tuesday, June 16, and a Cake Walk on Thursday, June 18.

APS and Victim Services will be at The Elder Round Up on Wednesday, June 17, at Buffalo Run Casino & Resort in Miami, Oklahoma, for that event.

During the week, elders will have their chance to win prizes, with free giveaways, and more. See the flyer for the schedule.
