The Wyandotte Nation will hold its Annual Meeting and Election at the Bearskin Healthcare and Wellness Center in Wyandotte, Oklahoma, on Saturday, Sept. 12. The following are the 2026 Candidates for Election:
- Second Chief: Keith Gray, Robert Nesvold
- Board of Directors Member (1 Open Position): Vivian Fink, Aubrey E. Hildebrand, Gerald Ezell
- Grievance Committee Members (2 Open Positions): Anne Marie Roper, Reilly McLaughlin
We will have more information posted on the election and the candidates in the upcoming tribal newsletter. NOTE: Because there are only two candidates for the Grievance Committee and two open positions, there will be no election for that position.
The Election will begin at 9 am and be open until 11 am. Any voter in line at the polling place but unable to cast a ballot before 11 am will be allowed to finish voting. Each voter will be required to present a photo ID and Tribal Membership Card. If the Tribal Membership Card has a photo on it, this will satisfy both of these requirements.
The term of each position is four years. Current members shall hold their office until successors are duly elected and given their oath of office.
