We celebrated Bridget Hart’s retirement this morning, Tuesday, May 14, 2024, after 30 years with us!

Bridget is the Bearskin Healthcare & Wellness Center‘s Contract Health Services Specialist and was a key part of the OC (Original Clinic). Chief Billy Friend and Health Services Director Kelly Friend honored Bridget and presented her with a gift.

“A lot of people don’t remember that down where the preschool is, that building had the clinic, it had family services, environmental – everything you could imagine in that one building. Bridget has been here a long time and seen a lot of the changes that have taken place,” Chief Friend said of the Bearskin Healthcare & Wellness Center before presenting her with the blanket. “I just want to say on behalf of the Wyandotte Nation, we appreciate you and your service. You have always been a great employee, a great person, and a great friend.”
